Welcome! I’m Jim Garing, and I’m running for Prescott City Council to bring smart growth, responsible water management, and a commitment to transparency to our city’s leadership. With over four decades of engineering experience, years of public service, and a deep-rooted dedication to Prescott Lakes and the greater Prescott community, I am ready to fight for the future we deserve.

For the past three years, I have worked tirelessly to ensure the City of Prescott upholds its commitments to development agreements and master plans, advocating for policies that protect our community’s interests. Now, I’m stepping up to make an even greater impact—ensuring sensible growth, sustainable water policies, and government accountability.
